How it works The hire charge for the venue is £100 which includes the use of our in house sound engineer. Promoters may charge what they like on the door.

There is a £100 booking fee for the night which includes sound engineer, drum kit, all equipment mentioned in the tech spec plus bar staff. You will be asked for a £100 deposit which if there is no damage to the venue (including reputation!) or equipment, will be returned that night and you can use this as payment of the hire fee. However if we suspect there maybe be damage we reserve the right to hold onto your deposit for up to 48 hours and you will have to pay the hire fee on the night, separate to your deposit.

The deposit also protects us from cancellations (if we are given plenty of warning of a cancellation and we are able to fill the slot, deposits will be returned).

The venue has its own bar and toilets and a separate entrance from that of the main bar.  We provide the venue bar staff, a stamp, float, money box and cheap deals for riders. You will need to provide your own door person.  Please note that this is an over 18 venue.  As a promoter, you are responsible for ensuring that performers are over 18 and that under 18s are not allowed into the venue.  Performers found to be under 18 will not be allowed to perform and associated deposits will be forfeited.

Please note that we do not currently offer individual slots to bands.

Load Times

Bands can load in anytime after 4pm. Please use the venue entrance to load in and try to ensure you're all in by 6pm.

Live music must be finished by the below times:

SUN - 10.30PM
